The pre-season is the opening period of Urban Fortunes. The city, the server and the store already work for real, with real players, so everyone can learn the game before the first official season.

Land, buildings, rent, the player market and the ranking work normally.

What happens at the turnover
26/12/2026, 00:00 UTC: the pre-season closes. The map is frozen and the final ranking becomes visible.
01/01/2027, 00:00 UTC: begins Season 1. The map, the properties and the game balances go back to zero, and everyone receives the starting 200,000 URBAN$.
Whoever bought URBAN$ with POL loses nothing
Every URBAN$ bought with POL during the pre-season is recorded in your account. At the start of Season 1, you receive the same amount in URBAN$, on top of the starting 200,000. Example: you bought the 50 POL pack (300,000 URBAN$) in the pre-season, so you start Season 1 with 200,000 + 300,000 = 500,000 URBAN$.
Not returned at the turnover: properties, accumulated rent, invite bonuses and URBAN$ earned by playing. Those are part of the pre-season practice.

Fortunes Games is a browser game platform. The idea is simple: light strategy games that run on any computer or phone, with nothing to install, and one single account for every game on the platform.
Urban Fortunes is the first game. It is a multiplayer isometric city builder: every player shares the same map, competes for the best land, builds, collects rent and trades properties with each other. The game currency is URBAN$.
Seasons
The game is organized in seasons. Each season has a new map and everyone starts with the same balance, so new players always have a fair chance. At the end of each season the ranking is frozen and published.
Blockchain, only where it makes sense
The game works without a crypto wallet. Anyone who wants can buy URBAN$ packs paying with POL, the native coin of the Polygon network. Payment goes straight from your wallet to the store contract, and the server checks the transaction on the blockchain before crediting. URBAN$ is a virtual game currency: it is not a token, cannot be traded outside the game and cannot be withdrawn.
Security
Google sign-in: we never see or store your password.
We never ask for your recovery phrase or private key. Be wary of anyone who does.
Every game rule is checked by the server, not by the browser.
These Terms govern the use of the fortunesgames.app website, its subdomains and the Urban Fortunes game (the "Service"), offered by Fortunes Games. By entering the Service you declare that you have read and agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who can play
The Service is intended for people over 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if higher. By using the Service you confirm you are of that age and able to accept these Terms.
3. Account
Access is through your Google account. One Fortunes Games account works for every game on the platform.
One account per person is allowed. You are responsible for everything that happens in your account.
We will never ask for your password, recovery phrase or wallet private key.
4. URBAN$ and game items
URBAN$, land, buildings and other items are virtual entertainment content, licensed for personal use inside the game.
URBAN$ is not money, a token, a crypto-asset, a security or an investment. It has no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, converted into money or crypto, or transferred out of the game.
There is no promise of profit or financial gain of any kind.
Selling, buying or trading accounts, URBAN$ or items outside the game is forbidden.
5. Purchases with POL
URBAN$ packs can be bought by paying with POL, the native coin of the Polygon network, from a wallet under your responsibility.
The price of each pack is shown in POL before purchase. The network fee ("gas") is charged by the Polygon network itself.
URBAN$ is credited after the server confirms the transaction on the blockchain.
Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. Check the network, the amount and the address before confirming. We are not responsible for payments sent to wrong addresses or outside the official store.
There are no financial refunds. Once confirmed on the blockchain, the purchase is final: the POL paid is not refunded under any circumstances, including account suspension or ban, end of season or shutdown of the Service, except only as required by law.
If the URBAN$ from a confirmed purchase is not credited due to our failure, the only remedy is crediting the corresponding URBAN$ to your account, upon the transaction hash.
6. Seasons and pre-season
The game is organized in seasons. At the end of each one, the map, properties and balances go back to zero and a new season begins.
Pre-season: runs from launch until 26/12/2026. Season 1 starts on 01/01/2027 at 00:00 UTC.
Every URBAN$ bought with POL during the pre-season will be credited again, in the same amount, at the start of Season 1. Properties, rent, invite bonuses and URBAN$ earned by playing are not carried over.
Dates, the length of the game day and values may be adjusted, always with notice on the website.
7. Prohibited conduct
Using bots, scripts, automation or multiple accounts to gain an advantage.
Exploiting game bugs instead of reporting them.
Trying to hack, overload or interfere with the Service.
Using offensive or discriminatory nicknames, or ones that impersonate another person or the team.
Scams, fraud or attempts to obtain other players' data or wallets.
We may warn, change improper nicknames, remove items obtained irregularly, suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms, and block the wallets they used. The reason is given to the player, who can appeal through the support email. Suspended or banned accounts lose access to URBAN$ and items, without any financial refund.
8. Availability and liability
The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it online, but interruptions, maintenance, failures or changes may occur. We are not responsible for the operation of the Polygon network, third-party wallets or Google sign-in. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the event.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Relevant changes will be announced on the website with reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service after the change means you agree to the new version.
10. Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), where applicable. Contact: [email protected]

This Policy explains which personal data we process when you use the Fortunes Games platform and the Urban Fortunes game, why, and what your rights are under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, "LGPD").
1. Data we collect
From your Google account (when you sign in): account identifier, name, email and profile picture. We never receive your password.
From the game: nickname, balance, properties, in-game actions, invites and match history.
From purchases with POL: public address of the wallet used and the transaction hash. This data is already public by nature on the Polygon blockchain.
Technical: IP address, browser type and access logs, used for security and to keep the service running.
Cookie consent: your choice, with date and time.
We do not collect documents, bank data, cards, recovery phrases or private keys.
2. What we use it for
Creating and maintaining your account and making the game work (legal basis: performance of contract).
Confirming and crediting purchases (performance of contract).
Preventing fraud, multiple accounts and attacks (legitimate interest).
Complying with legal obligations and responding to authorities (legal obligation).
Non-essential cookies, if ever used, only with your consent.
3. Cookies and local storage
Essential (always on): sign-in session, security and the chosen language. Without them the game does not work.
Preferences (optional): remember interface settings, such as sound and map zoom.
We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.
You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
4. Who we share with
Cloudflare: hosting of the website and the game server.
Google: authentication (sign-in).
Polygon network: purchase transactions are recorded publicly on the blockchain.
Authorities, when required by law.
Some of these providers may process data outside Brazil, with the safeguards provided for in the LGPD.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. If you request deletion, we erase the account data within 30 days, except what we must keep by legal obligation or to prevent fraud. Records on the blockchain cannot be erased by anyone.
6. Your rights
You can request: confirmation of and access to your data, correction, anonymization or deletion, portability, information about who we share with, withdrawal of consent and review of automated decisions. Just write to [email protected]. You can also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
7. Minors
The Service is not intended for people under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, it will be closed.
8. Changes and contact
